Packtrail may store trip names, trip templates, bike setup details, bag names, bag capacity, gear items, item weights, item volume, packing status, checklist status, and app preferences locally on your device.

If you contact support, we may receive your email address and message content so we can answer your request.

Packtrail is designed as an offline-first planning app. Core trip, bike, bag, gear, and checklist data is processed and stored locally on your device.

Packtrail does not require a Packtrail account for the core workflow and does not upload your packing lists to a Packtrail cloud service.

The app uses your local data to show current trips, bag setup, visual bike planning, gear lists, packing progress, weight and volume summaries, recommendations, and ride-ready checklist status.

Support messages are used only to respond to your request, resolve bugs, and meet legal obligations.

Packtrail may rely on operating system features and app store services. If future in-app purchases are offered, payment and purchase restoration will be handled by the relevant app store under its own terms and privacy policy.

Packtrail does not sell personal information.

Local app data remains on your device until you change it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, business records, and legal obligations.

Packtrail is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Packtrail changes or legal requirements change. The Last updated date shows when this policy was revised.
