Metaframes Terms of Service

Metaframes lets you create framed image exports from photos and metadata you choose. The app is intended for personal, creative, portfolio, and presentation workflows.

You are responsible for the photos you import, the metadata you display, and the exports you create, publish, or share.

You must only use photos and other content that you own or have permission to use. You must not use Metaframes to create or share content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the rules of any platform where you post or distribute an export.

Metaframes does not review or moderate your local photos or exports.

The core Metaframes workflow runs on your device. Exports are generated locally. You are responsible for reviewing the final exported file before publishing, sharing, printing, or relying on it.

Metaframes Pro unlocks premium templates as a one-time in-app purchase where available.

Purchases, payment processing, taxes, refunds, family sharing eligibility, restore behavior, and purchase disputes are handled by the App Store or Google Play account used for the transaction. Store terms apply in addition to these terms.

If a purchase cannot be restored, contact support@novasas.ch with the store, country, approximate purchase date, and product name. Do not send full payment card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

If you download Metaframes from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms unless Apple allows different terms for the app. If you download Metaframes from Google Play, Google Play's applicable terms also apply. The app stores are not responsible for Metaframes support except where their own terms require it.

Metaframes does not require a Metaframes account. If you uninstall the app or clear app data, local settings may be removed. Store-managed purchases can be restored only as supported by the relevant app store and your store account.

Metaframes may rely on operating system features and store services, including photo library access, sharing, and in-app purchases. Those services are provided by Apple, Google, your device manufacturer, or the app or service you choose in the share sheet, and may be governed by their own terms.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Metaframes at any time. Some features may depend on your device, operating system version, store availability, permissions, or app store approval.

Metaframes is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, photos, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Metaframes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using Metaframes at any time. We may suspend or end access to the app or related services if required by law, app store rules, security concerns, or material violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country or region of the developer listed in the App Store or Google Play listing, unless consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.
